This exam is for COM Students that want to place into a higher level math course. (MATH 1325, 1350, 2412, 2413) You must have made at least 950 on TSIA2 math section or have a TSIA2 math exemption.

Students must have a Remote Voucher from their college/university BEFORE submitting this form. Contact the Testing Department at the college/university you will be attending to request a Remote Voucher.
